The 7000 Ferrari's Philosophy

Now why am I talking about Ferraris? A Ferrari is in many ways a mobile art on four wheels. A Ferrari is in many ways the distillation of Enzo Ferrari's philosophy of mastery - A Ferrari in so many ways is a reminder to you and me what world class stands for.

Now did you know that every year Ferrari only produces 7000 Ferraris.
The point of wisdom is why go really wide when you can be singularly deep. Read that again. Every great company or great performer really goes deep on one or two things and that's how you rise to iconic.

In this world, we are constantly surrounded by distraction, all begging for your attention. We are interrupted numerous times of something that doesn't deserve our attention. We take the Trinity of
performance asset ; our mental focus, our physical energy and will power. Those are the three primary assets of world class performers. We simply diffuse and disperse them around thousands of things and project.

Ferraris produce iconic vehicles and not produce them in hundreds of thousands. They do few things, and they do it really well.

This is a craftsman's mindset. This is how great craftsman think. When Steve Jobs returned to Apple ; after being fired from his own company he shutted down all the projects of least importance and worked on only a few which came to be known as the iPhone, the iPad , the iPod , iTunes and many other. Steve Jobs always believed in quality rather than quantity and that has been a major reason for Apple's success.

The secret of genius is not complexity, it's simplicity.

Take any great and successful entrepreneur , any sports athlete they are not doing five sports at a time , they are doing one sports. Putting in all their energy, focusing their Trinity of performance on few things and
doing​ them incredibly well.

No matter who you are , a student, an entrepreneur, a fortune 500 manager , a parent what I want you to do is focus those Trinity of assets on few things, that will allow you to reach a place where the world calls you World class.

Apply this philosophy in your life and you will own your own game.
